NASHVILLE, TN, March 1, 2019— BOLDplanning Inc., the market frontrunner in preparedness planning consulting and software, announced today the alignment of its Sales and Customer Success teams with FEMA regional divisions.

FEMA divides the U.S. into ten distinct regions as a means of supporting the unique needs of various parts of the country. Modeling this approach, BOLDplanning is realigning its Business Development and Customer Success assignments to match these FEMA regions, with newly appointed Regional Directors responsible for both sales and customer support in their respective territories.

John Taylor, previously Director of Business Development, has been named Regional Director for Regions 1, 2, 3 and 6. Carlin Alford, previously Customer Success Director, has been named Regional Director for Regions 4, 5 and 10. And, Karla O’Grady, previously Customer Success Manager, has been named Regional Director for Regions 7, 8 and 9.

“FEMA regions are widely-accepted in preparedness circles as effective territorial divisions,” said Rick Wimberly, BOLDplanning COO. “We believe, by aligning our sales and support teams with these regions, we’ll be able to gain a greater understanding of specific area needs and funding streams, while developing deeper relationships with emergency management professionals and other leaders within these areas.”

Transitioning of accounts is currently underway and will continue for the next 45 days. New or existing customer questions can be directed to info@boldplanning.com.
