If you are a BOLDplanning customer and would like to conduct a remote or in-person Continuity of Operations (COOP) or Emergency Operations (EOP) planning workshop in the months ahead, please let us know as soon as possible.

Now that travel restrictions, for the most part, have been lifted, BOLDplanning’s team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are hitting the road and taking to the skies. And they are doing so on an almost weekly basis. At the same time, they are continuing to hold online one- and two-day workshops via Zoom®.

That said, the schedule for COOP and EOP workshops for the remainder of 2021 is filling up fast. But don’t fret… BOLDplanning is actively gearing up to meet the training needs of all customers (as always) in a timely and professional manner.

Most recently, the company brought Kayla McMahan on board as its new Training Manager. Kayla holds a B.S. in Emergency and Disaster Management from Western Carolina University, and since joining the BOLDplanning team last month, has already co-facilitated two high-profile workshops. The first was for the State of Wyoming and the second was for the City of West Palm Beach, Florida. (Welcome aboard, Kayla!)

As a reminder, workshops, regardless of the format (in-person or online), are a great way to ensure the quality of your organization’s COOP and/or EOP plan and your planners’ knowledge of the BOLDplanning.com platform. To schedule yours, simply contact your BOLDplanning Regional Director or email info@BOLDplanning.com

Also, please know that the health and safety of our clients and fellow team members are of paramount importance. For this reason, BOLDplanning SMEs are taking every possible precaution while traveling and on-premise with you. They will continue to do so for as long as necessary to help ensure everyone’s continued well-being and your organization’s emergency preparedness.
