What a pleasure it was for BOLDplanning representative, Cathleen Atchison, MEP, PCP (and Iowa native) to return to the state for the 2019 Iowa Homeland Security Conference last week. The conference, which ran October 30 through November 1, took place on the campus of the Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC). Its focus pertained to the updating of Emergency Support Functions (ESFs) in support of the state’s Planning, Training and Exercise (PTE) strategy for emergency management.
Among the many attendees of the annual event was Steven O’Neil, emergency management coordinator for Cerro Gordo County. He (pictured here with Cathleen to the right and BOLDplanning representative, Brittney Whatley, CBCP, to the left) won the company’s drawing for a DJI® Spark Mini-Drone. Congratulations, Steven!
