Throughout the month of October 2019, Belmont University’s Office of Risk Management and Compliance Director, April Khoury, coordinated Business Continuity Plan (BCP) refresher workshops for all divisions, departments and business units. Belmont University, which is located in Nashville, Tennessee, is an early adopter of BOLDplanning’s online planning platform. The university regularly refreshes its BCPs by hosting workshops that allow planners to work on their plans in a guided format with a BOLDplanning trainer and subject matter expert present.

The recent workshop series, led by Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), James Woulfe, was additionally important as Belmont prepares to host the final presidential debate leading up to the November 2020 election.

Belmont University last hosted a Town Hall Presidential Debate on October 7, 2008.
