On September 23-25, 2019, several representatives from Jefferson County, Colorado (JeffCo) and surrounding areas, took part in free Continuity of Operations (COOP) workshops facilitated by Tennessee-based BOLDplanning. Things kicked off on Monday with company representative, Cathleen Atchison, MEP, PCP, giving a presentation on “Identifying and Mitigating Points of Failure.” For the next two days, she led all workshop activities, which were open to BOLDplanning customers, as well as potential customers, from across the state. As expected, the workshops provided everyone in attendance (whether well-versed in the use of the BOLDplanning.com platform or not) information they use in their continuity planning efforts. Many participants were able to review, and even update, their COOP plans right there on the spot.

On behalf of Cathleen and the entire BOLDplanning team, thank you for having us, and we look forward to returning to Jefferson County, Colorado, again soon!
