This week, BOLDplanning representative, Matt Eyer, PMP, CHS-V, CBCP, traveled to Oregon to facilitate Continuity of Operations (COOP) training for Josephine County. There, he led more than 30 participants from various County departments in learning all about the BOLDplanning online platform, as well as best practices for continued plan development and improvement.
