This week BOLDplanning spent some quality time with three of our valued customers in Salem, Oregon. Kicking things off, members of our Global Solutions team—Ed Wolff, Cathleen Atchison, and Cassandra Wolff—met with the exercise planning team to continue the development of a Statewide tabletop exercise for the Governor’s Disaster Cabinet. Cathleen, Cassandra and Ed also visited the Department of Treasury to update COOP (Continuity of Operations) plans, and meet with leadership to identify a path forward for future program development and implementation. Later in the week, the three were on to Cherriots to conduct a Plan Finalization Workshop and Initial Planning Meeting for their upcoming tabletop exercise.
