Recently, BOLDplanning returned to Rhode Island to conduct comprehensive, full-day, and in-person Continuity of Operations (COOP) planning workshops for various state agencies and local jurisdictions.
Participants from the state level received COOP “refresher” training and subsequently updated portions of their plans in the BOLDplanning.com platform. Those representing local jurisdictions learned the basics of COOP plan development and began the process of developing their own plans (also using the online platform – it’s the solution of choice for over 10,000 continuity, emergency, and mitigation plans nationwide.)
The workshops took place at the University of Rhode Island and the state’s Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
