With each Continuity of Operations (COOP) workshop—101 to Advanced to Master Admin—employees of the State of Wyoming have improved their knowledge of continuity planning and the BOLDplanning.com platform. (It’s the solution of choice for over 10,000 continuity, emergency, and hazard mitigation plans nationwide.)

Just in the last few weeks, planners representing numerous departments of the State have asked all the right questions, successfully filled in any gaps, and learned to run (and just as importantly, analyze) various reports. They’ve also shared in numerous COOP planning best practices offered by BOLDplanning representatives, James Woulfe, CBCP, PCP, and Kayla McMahan, Training Manager.

Special thanks to Matt Fearon, Senior Planner for the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security, for his continued support during the workshop series. His desire to develop proficient COOP planners for the State and improve its overall emergency preparedness capabilities is second to none. Congratulations on a job well done!
