Oregon is BOLD country! BOLDplannning, that is, as the company returned to the state to conduct a Mid-term Continuity of Operations (COOP) Plan workshop for Clackamas Community College (CCC) on January 22, 2020.
Under the leadership of Tom Sonoff, Director of College Safety, CCC has seen campus-wide buy-in to the continuity program and continues to develop robust plans using the cloud-based BOLDplanning platform. The one-day workshop, as expected, saw participation from a wide variety of college departments. Among them were facilities, human resources, IT, campus safety, teaching disciplines, and communications, to name a few.
CCC, long recognized for its committed, supportive faculty and staff, offers programs and services in career technical, college transfer, literacy/basic skills, community education, and business training to a diverse student body totaling more than 26,000 at three active campuses. Its main campus is located in Oregon City, which is where the recent workshop (led by BOLDplanning representative, Matt Eyer, PMP, CHS-V, CBCP) took place.
BOLDplanning will visit CCC again for a COOP Plan Finalization Workshop in the near future. The company will also return to the state for the seventh annual Oregon Emergency Preparedness Workshop in Sunriver on March 16-20, 2020.
