The Prince George’s County (PGC) Office of Emergency Management recently hosted Continuity of Operations (COOP) Planning “refresher” workshops for all county departments. BOLDplanning subject matter experts, James Woulfe, CBCP, and William Hogsten, facilitated the sessions. The workshops covered beginner to advanced COOP concepts, as well as the powerful reporting capability of the COOP tool within the BOLDplanning.com platform.
