Having worked with BOLDplanning for quite some time now, the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) is well adept at using the company’s online platform and preparing all-hazards Continuity of Operations (COOP) plans. CHFA is also accustomed to conducting exercises to test and improve its readiness and response capabilities in the event of a business disruption. So, when BOLDplanning representative, Matt Eyer, PMP, CHS-V, CBCP, facilitated a half-day tabletop exercise (TTX) on Monday, June 24, 2019, there were no surprises.

Through the discussion-based exercise, CHFA was able to review its current policies, procedures, resources and actions; promote a greater understanding and ability to apply its COOP principles; and identify and make plan improvements.

On behalf of everyone at BOLDplanning, congratulations to everyone at CHFA on another successful tabletop exercise, and for your continued efforts to foster a culture of preparedness within your organization. Nicely done!
