On Thursday, December 20, 2018, BOLDplanning representative, Brittney Whatley, CBCP, conducted its annual Continuity of Operations (COOP) Workshop with long-time customer, Gwinnett County, Georgia. Joining her was BOLDplanning’s Director of Customer Success & Strategy, Carlin Alford.
“Annual, refresher training such as this is incredibly beneficial to our customers,” says Whatley. “It not only helps them build upon their knowledge of the BOLDplanning platform, but also continues to nurture a culture of preparedness within their organization.”
