The latest New York state agency to welcome BOLDplanning to the capital city of Albany is the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance. In the last year, the company has worked with these dedicated public servants to develop Continuity of Operations Plans (COOPs) for more than 80 business units.
COOPs, per FEMA, facilitate the performance of essential functions during any situation which may disrupt normal operations.
This week, and with more than 70 departmental planners in attendance, BOLDplanning Chief Technology Officer, Mark Maslakowski, and Platform Training Manager, Will Minkoff, conducted Plan Development Workshops. Such workshops are crucial for further developing and improving the quality and workability of these all-important plans.
Thank you for the opportunity to visit Albany again, and for the great job you have done to uphold a culture of preparedness in the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance.
