BOLDplanning Prepares for IAEM 2018 Conference, Will You Be There?

Soon, members of the International Association of Emergency Planners (IAEM) will make their way to Grand Rapids, Michigan for its 66th Annual Conference/ Emergency Management & Homeland Security Expo (EMEX). Will you be among them? BOLDplanning Vice President, Ed Wolff, CEM, MEP, PCP, and Director of Business Development, John Taylor, will certainly be.

The company will occupy Booth #821 on the exhibit floor of the DeVos Place Convention Center. Exhibits will officially open with a reception from 6:00-8:00 PM Eastern on Monday, October 22nd.

The EMEX portion of the IAEM Annual Conference brings together the latest technological advances in homeland security and disaster preparedness suppliers under one roof. There, attendees can learn about new products and services to support their mission, and take part in hands-on demonstrations. BOLDplanning will showcase its online planning platform for Continuity of Operations/Government and Emergency Operations Plans (COOPs/COGs/EOPs). The company will also hold a drawing for a DJI Spark Mini-Drone to be given away near the close of exhibits.

Other exhibit hours are Tuesday, October 23rd, from 9:30AM-6:30 PM, and Wednesday, October 24, from 9:00 AM to 1:45 PM.

IAEM, which has more than 6,000 members worldwide, is a non-profit educational association dedicated to promoting the “Principles of Emergency Management” and representing those professionals whose goals are saving lives and protecting property and the environment during emergencies and disasters.

As always, the conference agenda is filled with pre- and post-conference training opportunities, breakout sessions, special events and more. And, as always, BOLDplanning cannot wait to take part in the annual event. We hope to see you in Grand Rapids, Booth #821, next week!
