On Thursday, October 11, 2018, BOLDplanning COO, Rick Wimberly, and Rich Lowery with partnering company, Ankura Consulting, co-presented at a meeting of the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Association of Continuity Professionals (ACP).

The Chapter is devoted to helping increase the awareness of Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, and Business Resumption Planning to the private sector, as well as to public agencies on the local and statewide level. As such, it relies on continued education from various resources throughout the industry and the extensive knowledge base of its members.

Rick and Rich were thrilled to address the Chapter on the “Aha Moments” that occur during Business Impact Analysis (BIA), specifically as they relate to Orders of Succession, Backup Facilities and Vital Records—all key elements of any continuity/emergency plan.

Special thanks to the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Association of Continuity Professionals for giving BOLDplanning and Ankura Consulting the opportunity to present during yesterday’s meeting.
