01.26.2017 BOLDplanning Mitigation Team Members Tony Gertz and Cassandra Wolff were in Jonesboro, Arkansas attending the Governors Earthquake Advisory Council (GEAC). BOLDplanning holds a seat on the council and meets semi-annually to engage in round table discussions about earthquake response and disaster planning in Arkansas. This meeting focused on building code enhancements, mutual aid agreements, vulnerable populations, and aerial asset deployment. BOLDplanning is proud to be a part of this program and specifically these discussions that lead to a more earthquake resilient Arkansas.
