Matanuska-Susitna Borough, AK staff, led by Emergency Management representatives Casey Cook and Allen Markle, along with staff from the cities of Wasilla, Palmer, and Houston, worked with BOLDplanning Chief Executive Officer Fulton J. Wold, CBCP and BOLDplanning Global Solutions team member James Woulfe, CBCP, to modernize their aging paper-based Continuity of Operations Plans (COOPs) into our cloud-based COOP platform.
The workshops were broken up into two sessions. The first session focused on gathering and organizing key borough and interior city information such as contacts, vendors, facilities, vital records and hazards/risks assessments; and the second session focused on harnessing that data into creating actionable and dynamic plans.
