The Central Florida Disaster Medical Coalition (CFDMC) continued its fostering of a preparedness culture among members and healthcare providers this week.

With goals of building, strengthening and sustaining healthcare preparedness and response in Central Florida through BOLDplanning-led Continuity of Operations (COOP) Plan Development Workshops, almost 20 healthcare providers learned about COOP planning and how it applies to their facilities, as well as how they can work together in emergency situations.

BOLDplanning applauds Lynne Drawdy and the CFDMC, along with all of its members, in their efforts to build sustainable partnerships and disaster readiness among its members.
