This week BOLDplanning traveled to Oregon, where we conducted a tabletop exercise to validate the Continuity of Operations Plans (COOPs) of Oregon Metro Regional Government. Oregon Metro handles regional public land planning and management, and a variety of other public service functions for the area surrounding the City of Portland.
The exercise was developed by BOLDplanning Master Exercise Practitioner, Cathleen Atchison, and facilitated by BOLDplanning Global Solutions team members, Matt Eyer and Brittney Whatley.
