Congratulations are in order this week for yet another BOLDplanning team member. Project Manager, James Woulfe, CBCP, CHEP, is now a Certified Healthcare Provider Continuity Professional (CHPCP). He earned this prestigious certification from DRI International during DRI2018, “the Professional’s conference,” which concluded in Nashville, TN on February 14th.

As a CHPCP, James possesses extensive knowledge and skill in business continuity/disaster recovery planning in the healthcare industry. He is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in several key areas, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), emergency preparedness and response, and the development and implementation of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs). James is also particularly well-versed on the topic of the CMS Emergency Preparedness Rule, which he often discusses with BOLDplanning clients across the country.

James has been a member of the BOLDplanning team since 2016. Before joining the company, he worked as the CRI (Cities Readiness Initiative) / Training & Exercise Coordinator the Metro Nashville (TN) Public Health Department.
