January 31, 2018 (Nashville, TN)—BOLDplanning Inc., the leading developer of online solutions for Emergency Operations Planning (EOP) and Continuity of Operations/Government Planning (COOP/COG) and Hazard Mitigation Planning (HMP), announced today the addition of Karla O’Grady to its growing, Nashville, TN-based team as Customer Success Manager.

O’Grady will play a key role in building the newly launched Customer Success program. The goals of the program are to elevate company-client communications, orchestrate planning and training activities and ensure every BOLDplanning customer reaches their preparedness and compliance goals.

O’Grady brings to BOLDplanning more than 15 years of experience in client relations and customer service. She previously served as Client Services Liaison – Implementation Specialist for Coyote Analytics, where she was responsible for maintaining client relationships to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Prior to this, O’Grady served as Customer Account Specialist for United Waste Solutions where she was responsible for a wide range of customer care duties.
